Are there any setup or monthly fees?

No. Modem Pay has zero setup fees and zero monthly subscriptions. You only pay a small percentage when a transaction succeeds.

How quickly are funds settled?

Mobile money and stablecoin payments settle instantly. Bank transfers settle next business day. Card payments take 2–3 business days.

Are refunds charged?

Modem Pay does not charge a fee for refunds. The original transaction fee is not returned, however.

Is there a minimum transaction volume?

No minimum. Whether you process 1 or 100,000 transactions per month, the same transparent rates apply.
