Permitted use

Modem Pay may be used for lawful commercial activities including retail, e-commerce, services, B2B payments, payroll, and other legitimate business purposes in The Gambia.

Prohibited industries

Modem Pay may not be used by businesses in unlicensed gambling, adult content, weapons and ammunition, pyramid schemes, or any activity prohibited by Gambian law.

Transaction limits

Default transaction limits apply to all accounts. Higher limits may be requested subject to enhanced KYC verification.

Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, fund holds, and reporting to relevant authorities.
